Strategic thinking workshops are designed and run by one of our associate consultants. They will use a variety of visual thinking techniques including LogoVisual Thinking method in order to work through your specific challenge with you and your team. Whilst visual thinking is extensively put to use, the purpose and focus of these workshops is above all to address the problem at hand. Example scenarios could be a new product or service development, scoping out a new system or process, or defining strategic vision and purpose.
These sessions can run for one or two days, with the option of a half day in some circumstances. All sessions are bespoke and include a phone consultation beforehand to ensure we have a complete understanding of your requirements.
