Many organisations have their own approaches to project or process management. These are often evolved from one of the most popular methodologies to suit their way of working.
We can design a toolkit to standardise implementation of your visual thinking method across your business. This toolkit can include any combination of wall mounted and mobile whiteboards, printed elements and magnetic accessories, and training workshops.
We can work with you at the pre-design phase to ensure robust process guidelines are in place. This process can include a version of our fact-finding Discovery Day. Alternatively, you might already have completed this stage. We then take the agreed approach and apply it to a toolkit design. This design service will recommend flexible elements that will allow you to both launch, and maintain engagement with, your process system.
We can either work with your in-house design team or design agency, or use your own brand guidelines and process documentation as a starting point.
