Before using any of our products, the customer shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, and the customer assumes all risks and liability whatsoever in connection herewith. Logovisual Ltd shall not be liable either in tort or in contract for any loss or damage – direct, incidental or consequential, arising out of the use of, or the inability to use, any of our products.
Description of Goods
All specifications, drawings, illustrations, particulars of weight and dimensions are approximate only and do not form part of any terms, conditions or warranties of any contract entered into by Logovisual Ltd. Logovisual Ltd may vary such specifications, drawings, illustrations, particulars of weight and dimensions at any time and for whatever reason, without having to give a reason or explanation.
Catalogues, Prices etc.
Catalogues, brochures and price lists and all other advertising matter are only an indication of the type of goods offered by Logovisual Ltd they shall not constitute a sale by description. All prices therein are intended to be correct at the date of publication but are subject to increase, alteration or withdraw all without notice. All our prices shown exclude VAT which is added at checkout.
Quotations
All quotations made are applicable only to quantities specified and are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. Logovisual Ltd reserves the right to increase its price to take account of variations in labour, material or other costs between the date of quotation and the last date of delivery of the goods.
Credit Card Payments
We provide a secure gateway for credit card payments as well as supporting the use ApplePay to make payments. Simply select your payment method from the available options and fill out your details on the secure payment page.
When payment has been successfully completed you will receive an order confirmation automatically at the e-mail address you submitted when you completed your purchasing details.
Payment Alternatives
Where credit terms have been agreed in advance, 30 days credit is the standard. In such cases we will send a delivery note with the goods and send an invoice separately to the billing address.
Tax Charges
Sales tax (VAT) liability is calculated automatically. For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is added.
Business customers from other EC countries can choose to not pay UK sales tax by providing their EC tax code when ordering; Orders from outside the EU are tax free. Clients importing goods may be obliged to pay import duty in their country of residence. Any import or local sales duties are your sole responsibility.
Guarantee
Our policy is to be helpful, fair and ethical. Normally we would hope to respond to complaints within 24 hours. It is our aim to resolve all complaints and disputes to your satisfaction within 14 working days.
Shortages, faults, flaws or delivery problems must be notified immediately so that we can resolve the matter quickly and amicably. If the goods have not arrived or fail to meet with approval we will remedy the situation – for these reasons we do not accept back-charging on credit cards.
Retention of Title
Goods shall remain the property of Logovisual Ltd until payment in full has been received. Until title to the goods passes to the Customer he shall hold the goods for the Company and shall store the goods in such a manner as they are readily identifiable as the property of the Company.

Bespoke products and ThinkingWall products are covered by different terms and conditions which are available below and sent with all proposals and quotations.
Shipping & Handling
Because we ship worldwide all listed prices exclude carriage, which will be added at the checkout. The price for carriage varies according to the weight and size of the consignment and your delivery location, but it will be clearly stated in advance of your needing to confirm you order.
Delivery Schedule
Our aim is to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Where we have stock items available we will dispatch within 1 week of receipt of order. Where goods have to be custom-made the delivery time may vary between 2 and 6 weeks depending upon workload. UK orders normally take 1-2 days in transit. EU orders take 2 to 4 days and US orders can take 5-10 days using International airmail. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will endeavour to complete and ship quickly.
We accept no responsibility for delays caused by customs or for inefficiencies or industrial action in the postal or transportation sectors – although we consistently monitor the services we use in order that you get the best service.
Damage in Transit
We do ensure that goods are appropriately packaged. In order that we can fully compensate you for goods that get damaged in transit to you, normally by replacing the goods in question, you must ensure that parcels are NOT signed for as received in good condition without first checking that the goods fit that description. Larger whiteboards are especially vulnerable and, we suggest that those who will sign for receipt of goods are advised of the delivery in advance and requested to inspect the boards before signing for them.

When as the customer you are buying standard stock goods (for personal use rather than for a business) there is a right to cancel within 14 days of placing the order.
Definition
Logovisual is hereby referred to as We, our and us. The other party entering into this contract is hereby referred to as the customer. The fulfilment of this contract is hereby referred to as The Service.
Contract
This contract shall be governed by English Law and no other.
Quotation
Prices stated in the accompanying quotation are exclusive of VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Firm price quotations are valid for a period of 28 calendar days after which time they may be subject to alteration. Where quotations are based on details provided by the Customer, such quotations are subject to the accuracy of those measurements and/or information.
Payment
Payment is required upfront with order.
We understand and will exercise our statutory right to interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms
Artwork
Where we are undertaking an artwork as part of your order, we will issue a PDF proof for your approval in advance of fabrication.
Regardless of the detail of the rough/design original that you submit to us, it is your responsibility to check that every detail of the proof is to your satisfaction prior to giving us your approval to proceed.
Where you are submitting artwork ready to print, this should be in PDF format 150dpi at 100% scale, with all fonts converted to outlines. Bleed requirements, and the inclusion or exclusion of printers marks are subject to the finishing of your products, so please ask us to clarify requirements in advance.
Installation
We will do all that we reasonably can to meet the date agreed for installation. However, in the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control we may not be able to do so. In such circumstances we will contact you to agree an alternative date. The Customer will also do all that he/she reasonably can to enable the installation to take place on the given date. In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Customer’s reasonable control the Customer should contact us to agree an alternative date.
We will carry out any installation works described in the quote. If additional works not described in the quote are found to be necessary during the course of the installation, these works will be quoted for separately and only carried out with the Customer’s permission.
We will use reasonable endeavors to keep disruption to normal working in the area and/or other contractors to the minimum reasonably practicable.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that there is reasonable access and that the goods ordered can be physically maneuvered into the required locations. I.e. we cannot accept responsibility for not being able to fit panels up staircases or through doorways etc. It is also the customers responsibility to ensure, prior to the installation works starting, all furniture is removed from the area of the installation and any carpet in the installation area is rolled back.
Removal of any pre-existing fixtures may cause some damage to surrounding areas. The agreed price does not cover ‘making good’, painting, decorating, etc unless specifically stated in the quote.
Personnel
We shall perform the Service using the personnel named in the contract or in the absence of any named personnel using such personnel, as we consider suitably qualified. We reserve the right at any time to vary personnel or sub-Contract any part of the Service where we deem reasonably necessary.
The Customer agrees that during the course of this Contract and for the period of twelve months after its termination it shall not employ or engage as an independent consultant or offer such employment or engagement to any of our employees who are involved in providing the Service, without our prior written agreement. If the Client breaches the provisions of this section then we
reserve the right to apply liquidated damages equivalent to the charge for one hundred days’ work by that person at his current daily fee rate in recognition of the disruption that would be caused to us.
Consents
The Customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary planning permission and local authority consents and permissions for the work to be carried out. In carrying out any work we will assume that the necessary consents and permissions have been obtained and we accept no responsibility whatsoever in the event that they have not.
The customer is responsible for arranging parking on the agreed installation date(s) within 50m (150 yards) of the installation site and shall provide us with full and convenient access to the premises and use its reasonable endeavors to secure access for us to any third party premises necessary for the purpose of carrying out our obligations under this Contract.
Cancellation and Return
Because we work to tight deadlines and cannot reverse production once started, we do not accept cancellation of orders once placed. The customer and those acting on behalf of the customer MUST ensure they are happy with the quotation and these terms before placing an order. We will give reasonable consideration to minor amendments to specifications and do what we can to be flexible to the extent that The Service allows, entirely at our discretion. No credit will be made for goods that have been customised to your requirements.

We warrant all standard products against any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. For non-standard and bespoke products this period may be reduced or extended depending on the nature of the project at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
We accept liability for errors or omissions in our services and our own negligence to the extent stated but not otherwise. Except where expressly contained in these Conditions, we have no obligation, duty or liability in Contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
Our liability in Contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for errors or omissions in any part of the Service, which may arise from any failure by us to exercise the reasonable skill and care of a competent service provider, will be limited to the provision of Services of the same nature as those originally provided in order to correct such errors or omissions provided we are notified of the errors or omissions within 6 months following completion of such part of the Service.
We do not exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury resulting from our own negligence.
Our liability in Contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise arising in connection with this Contract will be limited to:
(a) £1,000,000 in respect of loss or damage to the Customer’s property to the extent caused by the negligence of us or our employees or sub-contractors while working on the Client’s premises under this Contract;
(b) The charges due under this contract, in respect of all other liability.
We will not be liable in Contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for loss (whether direct or indirect) of profits, business, or anticipated savings or for any indirect or consequential loss whatever.
The Customer will indemnify us against any actions, proceedings, claims or demands arising out of or in any way connected with the Service brought or threatened against us by a third party which are caused by, or arise from, any act we carried out pursuant to the instructions of the Customer.
Each provision of this Section limiting or excluding liability operates separately in itself and survives independently of the others.

The agreed price does not cover ‘making good’, painting, decorating, etc. unless specifically stated in the quote. Under normal circumstances, no making good should be required.

ThinkingWall panels may be supplied with minor defects that are not visible in fabrication and only become apparent under certain lighting conditions. Such defects are rare and are generally very minor and do not affect the performance or appearance of the product in normal use. We reserve the right to determine whether affected panels should be replaced or not.
