Delivery Schedule

Our aim is to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Where we have stock items available we will dispatch within 1 week of receipt of order. Where goods have to be custom-made the delivery time may vary between 2 and 6 weeks depending upon workload. UK orders normally take 1-2 days in transit. EU orders take 2 to 4 days and US orders can take 5-10 days using International airmail. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will endeavour to complete and ship quickly.

We accept no responsibility for delays caused by customs or for inefficiencies or industrial action in the postal or transportation sectors – although we consistently monitor the services we use in order that you get the best service.

Damage in Transit

We do ensure that goods are appropriately packaged. In order that we can fully compensate you for goods that get damaged in transit to you, normally by replacing the goods in question, you must ensure that parcels are NOT signed for as received in good condition without first checking that the goods fit that description. Bleed requirements, and the inclusion or exclusion of printers marks are subject to the finishing of your products, so please ask us to clarify requirements in advance.

Installation

We will do all that we reasonably can to meet the date agreed for installation. However, in the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control we may not be able to do so. In such circumstances we will contact you to agree an alternative date. The Customer will also do all that he/she reasonably can to enable the installation to take place on the given date. In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Customer’s reasonable control the Customer should contact us to agree an alternative date.

We will carry out any installation works described in the quote. If additional works not described in the quote are found to be necessary during the course of the installation, these works will be quoted for separately and only carried out with the Customer’s permission.

We will use reasonable endeavors to keep disruption to normal working in the area and/or other contractors to the minimum reasonably practicable.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that there is reasonable access and that the goods ordered can be physically maneuvered into the required locations. I.e. we cannot accept responsibility for not being able to fit panels up staircases or through doorways etc. It is also the customers responsibility to ensure, prior to the installation works starting, all furniture is removed from the area of the installation and any carpet in the installation area is rolled back.

Removal of any pre-existing fixtures may cause some damage to surrounding areas. The agreed price does not cover ‘making good’, painting, decorating, etc unless specifically stated in the quote.

Personnel

We shall perform the Service using the personnel named in the contract or in the absence of any named personnel using such personnel, as we consider suitably qualified. We reserve the right at any time to vary personnel or sub-Contract any part of the Service where we deem reasonably necessary.

If the Client breaches the provisions of this section then we

reserve the right to apply liquidated damages equivalent to the charge for one hundred days’ work by that person at his current daily fee rate in recognition of the disruption that would be caused to us.

The Customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary planning permission and local authority consents and permissions for the work to be carried out. In carrying out any work we will assume that the necessary consents and permissions have been obtained and we accept no responsibility whatsoever in the event that they have not.

The customer is responsible for arranging parking on the agreed installation date(s) within 50m (150 yards) of the installation site and shall provide us with full and convenient access to the premises and use its reasonable endeavors to secure access for us to any third party premises necessary for the purpose of carrying out our obligations under this Contract.

Cancellation and Return

Because we work to tight deadlines and cannot reverse production once started, we do not accept cancellation of orders once placed. The customer and those acting on behalf of the customer MUST ensure they are happy with the quotation and these terms before placing an order. We will give reasonable consideration to minor amendments to specifications and do what we can to be flexible to the extent that The Service allows, entirely at our discretion. No credit will be made for goods that have been customised to your requirements.

Damage in Transit

We do ensure that goods are appropriately packaged. In order that we can fully compensate you for goods that get damaged in transit to you, normally by replacing the goods in question, you must ensure that parcels are NOT signed for as received in good condition without first checking that the goods fit that description. Larger whiteboards are especially vulnerable and, we suggest

that those who will sign for receipt of goods are advised of the delivery in advance and requested to inspect the boards before signing for them.

Warranties

We warrant all standard products against any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. For non-standard and bespoke products this period may be reduced or extended depending on the nature of the project at our discretion.

Our liability in Contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for errors or omissions in any part of the Service, which may arise from any failure by us to exercise the reasonable skill and care of a competent service provider, will be limited to the provision of Services of the same nature as those originally provided in order to correct such errors or omissions provided we are notified of the errors or omissions within 6 months following completion of such part of the Service.

We do not exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury resulting from our own negligence.
