Custom Office Planner Whiteboard
We regularly produce a wide range of office planner whiteboards which through our custom printing service can be tailored to suit a specific need or requirement. These recent examples show two different styles.
The first office planner whiteboard (main image) was produced for LNER and was to be used to plan the stages of current projects on a month by month basis. The whiteboard was branded according to the LNER guidelines and features a column for each month. We produced magnetic titles for the months to allow flexibility on where in the year the planner starts.
To accompany the board we also supplied a range of coloured post-it style magnets which key events and project milestones could be written on in drywipe marker. Particular colours were chosen for these as it shown that pale pastel coloured backgrounds help with reading for people with visual impairments.
The second example of our custom office planner whiteboards is a weekly staff planning or in and out board produced for South East Water (image above). Each day of the week is split into morning and afternoon with corresponding magnets for in, out, holiday, working from home and time of in lieu. The design allows all members of the team to quickly see at a glance where colleagues are during the week.
The staff planner was fully customised to use corporate branding and a range of colours for the indicator magnets chosen by the client. The headings were also specified by the client in order to best suit their requirements.
