Mobile whiteboard storage units with built in cupboards, shelves and wardrobes
We often speak with clients about how useful mobile whiteboard walls and partitions are for dividing spaces and creating flexible workspaces. More recently we have been further upgrading these products with integrated storage solutions.
Mobile whiteboard storage units combine a number of different functions into one useful piece of workplace furniture. Built around our well established range of ThinkingWall mobile whiteboards these new product developments integrate shelves, cupboards and wardrobes.
The ThinkingWall Acoustic family sees the addition of a spacious cupboard with double doors. The cupboard fills the entire footprint of the unit to provide plenty of space for everything from office supplies to bags and personal possessions.
This unit is topped with either a whiteboard or open shelves. The whiteboard provides space on both sides for thinking, planning and writing making it perfect for any office or workplace. The open shelves turn the unit into more of a mobile piece of furniture. As part of the same family the units can be used together to create a multifunctional room divider.
The ThinkingWall Divider now includes two options for built in storage. Designed to act as a mobile whiteboard partition it has a stable box like footprint which helps create the feel of a wall on wheels. This does however leave some empty internal space which we were keen to exploit to create mobile whiteboard storage units.
The first option is two hidden cupboards built into the bottom whiteboard face of the unit. The doors are made from matching magnetic receptive whiteboard and fit flush to the face. Push release catches maintain the flat whiteboard surface whilst the doors are closed. The cupboard utilise the entire depth of the Divider so provide plenty of space for storage.
The second option utilises the coloured end panel turning that into a full height wardrobe or cupboard. Coats and jackets fit within the internal space hanging from the built in rail leaving room underneath. This space is ideal for tidying away a whole host of items staff bring to the office. The wardrobe features a lockable door with simple cut out handle and the door can be made in a range of colours.
We hope to offer a range of storage solutions however these aren’t exclusive as any number of bespoke options are available. We manufacture to order so can work with clients to produce storage units to suit thier needs or requirements. Different sized cupboards, locakable storage for built in technology are all acheivable. We’ve even built a cocktail cabinet into the demo ThinkingWall Divider for the workplace design shows we are exhibiting at this year!
